The problem
Trial-class enquiries arrived from web, WhatsApp, and Facebook into different inboxes. Many sat unscheduled past 48 hours and were lost. Term renewals were chased manually each cycle.
Our approach
We built a CRM with a stage model purpose-fit for tuition: enquiry → trial scheduled → trial done → enrol → term, with sibling-aware records and a renewal automation that fires 4 / 2 / 1 weeks before each term ends.
