Which document sources are supported?
Notion, Confluence, Google Drive (Docs/Sheets/PDFs), Dropbox, SharePoint, and direct PDF or Markdown upload. Custom sources via API on request.
How fresh are answers?
Re-indexes happen on doc edit (within minutes for Notion/Drive) or daily for static sources. You'll never get a six-month-old SOP back.
Is our data used to train other models?
No. Your docs stay private — used only to retrieve answers for your team. Self-hosted option available if even retrieval needs to happen in your VPC.
What if the bot doesn't know the answer?
