Which document sources are supported?

Notion, Confluence, Google Drive (Docs/Sheets/PDFs), Dropbox, SharePoint, and direct PDF or Markdown upload. Custom sources via API on request.

How fresh are answers?

Re-indexes happen on doc edit (within minutes for Notion/Drive) or daily for static sources. You'll never get a six-month-old SOP back.

Is our data used to train other models?

No. Your docs stay private — used only to retrieve answers for your team. Self-hosted option available if even retrieval needs to happen in your VPC.

What if the bot doesn't know the answer?

It says so honestly and points to where the question was logged for review. You'll see a daily digest of unanswered questions to fix in the source docs.

Can it answer in our company tone?

Yes — reply tone is tunable. Some teams want terse and bullet-y, others want chatty. We tune during setup and you can adjust anytime.
